Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.

What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to assist and investigate with the carrier.

Will I receive an order notification?

The system will automatically send an email to your email address when:
1. the order is successfully submitted;
2. the item is shipped;
3. the customer confirms receipt of the item;
4. the order is refunded.

If you do not receive the corresponding email, please check that your email address is entered correctly, check your spam filter, or contact us.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by email at cskh@booknook.vn. We will process your request as soon as possible after receiving your message. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

What is a Book Nook?

A Book Nook is a DIY miniature scene designed to fit between books on a shelf. Each kit combines hands-on building, detailed storytelling, and warm lighting to create a unique display piece.

What materials are used?

Our kits are made primarily from premium birch wood, along with acrylic, metal, and electronic components. All materials are carefully selected to be safe, durable, and enjoyable to assemble.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. We offer different difficulty levels. Some models are beginner-friendly, while others are more detailed for experienced builders. Each product page indicates the recommended skill level and estimated build time.

Are tools or glue required?

Basic tools are usually included. Some models may require glue for certain joints, which will be clearly noted in the instructions.

Do the models include lighting?

Yes. Most Book Nook models include integrated LED lighting. Wiring instructions are provided step by step, and our support team is available if you need help.
