Jiufen was designed over four months, inspired by memories from our trip to Taiwan. Wandering through its narrow hillside streets, glowing lanterns, and layered houses left a lasting impression on us. We wanted to capture that feeling—the warmth, the depth, and the quiet nostalgia of a town built into the mountains. Every detail in the Jiufen model reflects those moments, turning a place we experienced in person into a miniature story that can be built, explored, and remembered.

I like to enjoy building not just to have one for show & tell . Delivery times can vary especially if it’s international shipping.
I love building them and I don’t just slap them together then it looks sloppy . I like the clean detailed look. I have ocd . I had to fix a mistake earlier on the electric posts I put the cable in the wrong spot . So I reopened the top and used my long nose pliers to fix it . it helps me with stress from daily life as I am older now I like my little quiet place.
